Ned brings a unique mixture of enthusiasm, aesthetic sensibility, and attention to detail to ICON's practice. In his work for higher educational institutions, Ned realizes boldly responsive projects for clients through collaborative design processes that engage the range of academic constituents. His optimism and holistic approach to the design process serve clients well.

In addition to his work as an architect, Ned is a frequent speaker at the Society for College and University Planners (SCUP) on topics such as planning for interdisciplinarity, sustainable design, consensus building, and cost planning. He received a B.Arch from the University of Cincinnati and an M.S. in Architecture from Columbia University.
