- ICON has envisioned Casa Green Town as a significant new town and service center for the growing Casablanca metropolitan area at the edge of the nationally recognized Bouskoura Forest. The plan, enthusiastically approved by the regional agency, offers a unique opportunity to incorporate sustainable design practices, attract unique uses, and realize a "center" that responds to the needs of present and future generations of Casablanca residents. The mixed-use program includes 2,400 housing units, a golf course sports complex and university office park, encompassing over 365 hectares. Half the units offered were sold during the initial two day pre-sale.
