- This master plan transforms a 28 acres waterfront site not far from the downtown into a mixed-use cultural destination. The plan includes designs for 100,000 sf retail and artist gallery space within a richly defined public space at the site's western edge, along with a 100 room boutique hotel, a 90,000 sf clubhouse, and 34 business villas, to be sited across three islands at the site's eastern edge, separated by an urban canal system.
