- Restored to its former glory, the Roxbury Center for the Arts now combines retail and arts-allied offices with a meeting and performance arts venue. Constructed in 1913 as the home of The Ancient Order of Hibernians, the building was on track to be demolished until recognized as a Boston Landmark. Extensive renovation transformed the 32,000 SF building, now the permanent home of the Arts Culture Trade Roxbury Consortium (ACT Roxbury), and returned it to its rightful place in the rebirth of Dudley Square.
