The hotel wings wrap a central courtyard, accommodating drop-off and entry to the underground garage, and maximizing waterfront views. The luxury Market Wharf condominiums are located on the upper two levels, stepping back to engage outdoor terraces and imbue the complex with a distinctly residential scale. Two smaller buildings edging the site contain nine retail and twenty-one residential condominiums.
