The 158-bed 1960 neo-Georgian dormitory is undergoing interior renovations to replace the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The architectural scope includes finishes upgrades to all the residential floors, converting group bathrooms to single-user bathrooms, and redesigned common spaces. 34,600 GSF.
