Arlington Point is the adaptive reuse of a historic 1919 mill building within the Arlington Mills along the Spicket River.
Working closely with the National Park Service and Massachusetts Historic Commission, ICON adapted the 130,000 SF warehouse into 102 affordable mixed income apartments of family housing. The units retain historic fabric through restored masonry walls, steel and concrete interior structure, historically sensitive energy efficient windows, and exposed wood plank roof framing. Amenity spaces cater to families and include a lounge with kitchenette, a fitness center, a kid’s center and tot lot.
