The multi-phase, multi-building RAD modernization of Washington Elms is complete with a Refreshed face to the City while optimizing operational quality through efficient heating and water-conservation systems and comfort to residents.
ICON provided occupied rehab services for the project, which included an extensive existing conditions survey and schematic design programming through construction. This project compiled the modernization of 15 residential buildings consisting of 175 apartments and 2 common-use buildings.
