66 Summer Street opens in Stamford CT
Yesterday, ICON celebrated the ribbon cutting for 66 Summer Street in Stamford. The 15-story luxury apartment building seizes great views over downtown Stamford for 209 apartments, and showcases an edgy, modern lobby with second level and rooftop amenities. Parking has been cleverly provided for the building via an extension of an existing public/private garage located in the center of the city block. Ground-floor retail space links to a revitalized streetscape and mid-block pedestrian passageways to further enliven Stamford’s historic downtown “Restaurant Row”.
