The Emergency Operations Training Center provides a simulated, real-world environment for educating future emergency management professionals. Located within the Harrington Building, the Center supports the Academy’s Emergency Management program, which focuses on hazard assessment, risk management, and disaster response.
The facility is designed to replicate the operational conditions of an Emergency Operations Center, allowing students to engage in scenario-based learning across the full disaster cycle—from mitigation and preparedness through response and recovery.
