ICON and Trinity Financial recently celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony of 66 Summer Street in Stamford, CT, as part of the 4.4-acre Park Square West luxury housing and entertainment district. This 15-story, 209-unit apartment complex with 6,000 SF of ground-floor retail space is expected to be ready for occupancy in the spring of 2015.
