Groundbreaking at CitySquare in Worcester

Last week, members of the ICON team, including David Wright and David Stockless, traveled to Worcester, MA for the official groundbreaking of the $90M CitySquare development. Joined alongside ICON were members from Roseland Properties, Worcester City Officials, the Chamber of Commerce President, and Mayor Joe Petty. Located just seconds away from Worcester’s Union Station, the completed CitySquare will provide 365 luxury apartments, retail space, and a parking garage in a centralized location of Worcester. CitySquare, which replaces the area of the demolished Worcester Galleria, is expected to bring people to the downtown area to create a lively neighborhood vibe. Additionally, as a transit-oriented development, there will be new sidewalks which will connect residents to both Union Station and the Worcester Regional Transit Facility, providing commuter rail service to Boston and beyond. The luxury apartments are expected to be completed in 2017, and we will be sure to provide you with more details along the way!
