ICON Architecture’s Forest Hills Project featured in The Boston Globe

ICON Architecture was recently featured in The Boston Globe for its design of The Residences at Forest Hills. Totaling around 231,000 GSF, this new complex will be based in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston, and is located across the street from the Forest Hills MBTA station on the Orange Line. This transit-oriented development will include 252 housing units, a courtyard area, and a 140-space parking garage. Additionally, there will be ground-floor retail space provided. ICON has partnered with Criterion Development Partners for the project, and is eager to see The Residences at Forest Hills take the next step towards approval.
