ICON’s Michelle Apigian to present on Passive House to CREW Boston HCDC
ICON’s Michelle Apigian AIA, LEED AP will be presenting at CREW Boston’s Housing and Community Development Committee September Brown Bag Lunch tomorrow at noon.
She will be presenting a summary of ICON’s Distillery project in South Boston, the first multifamily Passive House structure in New England and the intricacies of Passive House design. Deb Goddard of MassHousing will provide the lender’s perspectice on the challenges of underwriting and financing this kind of sustainability initiative.
