ICON’s ULI TAP Participation
ICON’s Matt Marotta is on a ULI TAP for the Town of Dedham this week. The dilemma involves the consolidation and centralization of town services into one building outside of Historic Dedham Square.
ICON Principal, Steve Heikin, was also a recent TAP participant for the Town of Marlborough. Marlborough’s TAP participants were asked to consider ways to help re-activate Marlborough’s historic Main Street, which has suffered a decline in activity since the Route 20 By-pass.
