Nancy Ludwig, FAIA moderates Urban Land Institute panel

CON President Nancy Ludwig, FAIA moderated a panel on Lower Cost Market-Rate Housing: City-center, outer urban and suburban models presented by the ULI Boston Housing and Economic Development Council this morning. The panel explored how four developers are approaching the cost challenge and hitting an underserved market price point in city centers and inner and outer suburbs.
