Olney Village wins Charles L. Edson Award
Earlier this month, ONE Neighborhood Buildings received an honorable mention at the Charles L. Edson Tax Credit Excellence Awards for ICON’s Olney Village, a mixed-use development in Providence, RI. The ceremony was held in Washington, D.C. and hosted by the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition (AHTCC).
The Olney Village project created 40 new units of affordable housing, space for community programs, and was carried out in partnership with Rhode Island Housing and Rhode Island LISC. The Edson Awards celebrate developments at the forefront of creating stronger, healthier communities nationwide.
