ULI’s Women’s Leadership Initiative to host discussion on ICON’s One Canal
ULI Boston/New England’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) presents this interactive discussion on the One Canal project at the northern end of the Rose Kennedy Greenway. Located at One Canal Street in Boston’s Bulfinch Triangle, the development totals approximately 1.46 acres, spanning three parcels owned by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT). The project includes a 12-story building with 310 luxury apartments, 21,300 square feet of ground floor retail and 147 indoor parking spaces. The 99-year ground lease with MassDOT and construction over the Orange and Green MBTA lines makes One Canal a complex transit-oriented development project.
