Updating Building Portfolios: ICON Architecture featured in NAIOP’s Development Magazine

Understanding the impacts of energy, deferred, and long-term maintenance costs, ICON Architecture is proactively updating aging building stock to meet immediate and future requirements. To learn more about our City of Cambridge Municipal Facilities Improvement Plan, check out the latest article from Development Magazine, which was featured on today’s NAIOP.org homepage!

This project with the City of Cambridge is just one example of municipal projects where ICON’s LEARN and RENEW practices are applying our existing building expertise. ICON is also working on existing municipal buildings with the City of Fitchburg, City of Nashua, and Town of Oak Bluffs.
