This project reinterprets the Colonial Revival vernacular to create high-performance faculty housing at the edge of the St. Paul’s School campus.
The design adapts a previously developed residential prototype to optimize siting, massing, and energy performance. Careful attention to daylight control, envelope design, and unit separation enhances comfort, privacy, and long-term durability. The project balances traditional campus character with contemporary building performance standards.
