This study supports comprehensive interior renovations to a 1960s neo-Georgian residence hall housing 158 students.
The scope addresses replacement of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, along with architectural upgrades to residential floors and shared spaces. Proposed improvements include converting group bathrooms to single-user configurations, enhancing common areas, and improving overall functionality and comfort within the existing 34,600 GSF building.
