This study explores programming and concept design for a new Executive Education Center and renovations to the Harrington Building at Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
The proposed addition is envisioned as a campus gateway visible from the Cape Cod Canal. The study addresses three primary objectives: creating a large, flexible executive training space divisible into classrooms; reprogramming three floors of faculty offices and support spaces; and reorganizing administrative suites to be more welcoming and functional. The recommendations balance institutional identity, flexibility, and long-term campus planning goals.
